Areas I Can Help With
Anxiety & Overthinking
When your mind won't slow down, even when you want it to.
Anxiety can show up in many ways: constant worry, racing thoughts, difficulty relaxing, panic, perfectionism, or always expecting the worst. Together, we'll work to better understand your anxiety and develop practical tools to help you feel more grounded and in control.
Life Transitions
Support through life's changing seasons.
Even positive changes can feel overwhelming. Whether you're adjusting to a new job, navigating parenthood, coping with loss, ending a relationship, or facing another major life transition, therapy provides a space to process change and move forward with confidence.
Stress & Burnout
When it feels like you're carrying too much.
Whether you're balancing work, relationships, caregiving, or simply the demands of everyday life, chronic stress can leave you feeling emotionally and physically exhausted. Therapy can help you identify what's contributing to your stress, establish healthier boundaries, and reconnect with what matters most.
Relationships
Healthy relationships start with understanding yourself.
Whether you're experiencing conflict, struggling with communication, setting boundaries, or navigating family dynamics, therapy can help you build healthier, more fulfilling relationships while staying true to yourself.
Self-Esteem & Personal Growth
Because you deserve to feel like yourself again.
Therapy isn't only about getting through difficult moments, it's also about building confidence, understanding yourself more deeply, and creating the life you want moving forward.
Therapy for life's challenges, big and small.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult transition, or simply ready to better understand yourself, therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain perspective, and move forward with confidence.
My Approach
Every client brings a unique story, which is why I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Together, we'll create an approach that reflects your goals, your strengths, and what feels most helpful for you.
My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while always remaining collaborative, compassionate, and practical.

Finding the Right Fit
Finding the right therapist is an important part of the therapy process. While I work with adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions, there are some services I do not currently provide.
At this time, I do not provide therapy for children or adolescents, and I do not offer couples counseling.
If it seems that another provider or specialty would better meet your needs, I'm always happy to help point you toward appropriate resources whenever possible.
